Newsbin Search File Downloads Disabled - SOLVED

Getting "Newsbin Search File Downloads Disabled" error message when I use internet search and try to d/l any files -- prompts as if not subscribed to search. However, I am and recently renewed on 8-17-13. I was able to d/l search items several days ago before un-installation of 6.50B11 and installation yesterday to latest beta due to "Failed to create empty document" error. Getting frustrated here guys...

SOLUTION: Used wrong key (original Newsbin purchase key -- not new key with paid subscription added). Still wouldn't work until I exited Newsbin and restarted. Now working fine.
