Req: Wish List processing indicator

When adding a large number of items to the Wish List, it can take a while - but there is no indication of whether or not it's still working, or if it's done.

I'd like to request some sort of indicator, whether it's on the status bar, or even if it just comes in the form of the tab indicating "Wish List: (40/68)".
