Download Files Tab "!" Error. What Does it Mean?

I've seen it a few times now with 6 Beta releases - a "Download Files" Tab error of a red circle with an "!" in it. What Does it Mean? Failed retries?

It means the GUI loses track of a download that gets deleted so, the engine says it's gone but, the GUI thinks it's still there. It's a cosmetic problem I've been trying to track down.
