When newsbin pro reach a post that has an empty body it just stops all the connections and just trying to get that one until i delete that one and then the other 20 connections starts again.
I don't know if its happen all the time, but i had this problem a while.

I did just see that all my connections trying to get that one file.

Yup, that's a known issue, it's being worked on. For now, there's a workaround - go to Servers, and for each of your servers click on the Really Advanced button and enable the Use Body toggle.
