Retry Failure

Been getting a lot of this since testing the 6.50b2. Never seen that failure before, so i started watching the downloads to see what was happening, it'll fail after only one or two retries even though i switched the retry count from 5 to 20, granted i do have a flaky isp, only 3mbs dsl since i live too far out to get a good connection, sometimes connections will timeout.
I'm on astra now, was on newshosting but switched back, cleared all headers and tried again, sometimes single files will download okay, sometimes i get the below, any suggestions? i'm only using 3 connections to Astra since that'll usually max my connection, if it was just one or two, would be no biggie, but if i leave it running overnight, i'll come back to hundreds of failures :/

edit: almost forgot, if i retry the downloads from the failed tab, it'll download just fine, or timeout and go back to the failure tab till i retry again, they do eventually download though so the files are there.

one other thing i've noticed: if a item fails from the main server and should try the fill server, it'll auto fail instead of pulling it from the fill server.
I have a dutch provider as a fill server, before the 6.50b2 it would work normally but now it'll just fail saying 430 from the main server, never fails on the fill server and just says
[20:50:45] HIGH Retry Failure: Ran out of retries: -*name of file* i was watching it when it did this, the retry count was at one when it went to the failure tab.

if i disable the main server and let the fails just run through the fill server it'll download normally cept for the timeouts listed above


EditL went back to 6.42 and everything worked normally, no failures, proper retries from the fill server, i'll stay on this till the next beta comes out and test again
