where are the new watch filters? Cant see anything new in the filters section running 6.50b1 build 2550 x64

Not entirely clear if you mean the actual new feature (which is, like the autodownload folders, in the groups tab near the top), or if you're asking for the actual filters to be broken out as a separate entity.
