Search Subscription Expired

Postby xrayman » Tue Jan 01, 2013 6:45 am

I'm pretty sure I've done nothing to change my recurring payment on Paypal, but whilst I can search, I can't download. My control Panel looks like this

I've checked Paypal, and I've not altered anything there (I have MS and memory problems, I do have to check :P) so I'm hoping the blank end date for the current period is an issue at your end, and not something I've done :D

Happy New Year!

Same issue here. I actually have three more months left on my current subscription, but I'm getting the same expiration message. The Y2K13 bug strikes!

Seems to be a problem with the internet search subscription, i'm sure they will fix it as soon they can. :)

Hope you all get a great 2013!

It appears to be a problem for anyone who was up for renewal on January 1st using PayPal. I'm still looking into it but it appears PayPal did not send us payment confirmations for all the renewals. I will push everyone's subscriptions out a couple of days until this gets resolved.

Not only January. I bought 6 months on December 9th and was receiving this same message last night.

It should be working for you now. He's found some issue in the subscription manager we use. He'll get it straightened out.

hi
i've been going round in circles, trying to renew my search subscription for some time now, i tried using the link i was sent in my renewal reminder email, but my login details are being constantly rejected,i know their correct as i use an autofill prog, and i can log in here ok,i can't find the renewal page from the forum user control panel.
The search help page says:
To sign up, log into the new NewsBin Control Panel and select Internet Search under "NewsBin Product".

Use the form on the main website and send a message to tech support. That's the best way to handle this.
