Duplicate parts in Download List but not in the Post List

When I look at a particular post in the Post List, it may be grouped with parts like this:
Something.part01.rar
Something.part02.rar
Something.part03.rar
...
Something.vol00+01.PAR2
Something.vol01+02.PAR2
....

However, in the Download List, the same post has the parts duplicated:
Something.part01.rar
Something.part01.rar
Something.part02.rar
Something.part02.rar
Something.part03.rar
Something.part03.rar
...
Something.vol00+01.PAR2
Something.vol00+01.PAR2
Something.vol01+02.PAR2
Something.vol01+02.PAR2
....

Newsbin downloads one of the duplicates and it appears only one chunk of the second one.
All grouped posts are like this. Is this on purpose? If so, why?

Replied to your PM. I've been looking at it. Looks like two people posted the same files at exactly the same time with exactly the same subject.

That was just one example of several hundred. I have PMd you another one
There is only one post in the Post List but duplicates of each rar file in the grouped Download List.

If you load the NZB's to a post list, you'll see Newsbin splits them back out. I think it's something funky about how the files are posted. Since they're probably all posted by the same guy, I'd guess that he's doing something funky.

I'm not saying it's not a problem in Newsbin. This is a typical "someone did something stupid on usenet" thing. I need to figure out what they did and why.

The strange thing though, is that when downloading the headers, the posts only show up with single parts (eg rar files) in the post list, but they were "converted" to duplicate parts when adding the post to the download list.

Rebooting computer and and restarting Newsbin, made all the duplicates in the Download list disappear....
No clue how I got everything duplicated in the first place?
