Many PAR2 files end up in the UnRAR Folder?

Are the PAR2 files supposed to end up in the UnRAR folder?

Also, I have the download path set to T:\Download\$(GROUP)\
if I want the files to UnRAR to individual group folders, do I set the UnRAR folder to U:\Extract\$(GROUP)\ ?

Yes on the second one, none on the first. Unless the PARS are mentioned inside other pars.
