Let me say first, I've had some severe health issues in the last couple of years. I have not kept up with the releases since 5.59. The last couple of months have allowed me to get back into Newsbin and have been quite happy with 5.59 until the spam/sporge/crap posts have somewhat taken over usenet. I saw a jpg file from someone that you had noticed and were working on updates in the latest beta to help with the crap. I downloaded and installed beta 4 and performed an upgrade.

Problem 1: Nothing upgraded(settings, folders, etc) Problem 2: I just cant't figure out where all the relevant settings are at (hide incompletes,etc.) Problem 3: The layout is nothing like 5.59

I did find some help videos that Dex had made, and it looks simple to change things, but I can't find the videos now, so please point me in the correct direction. I'm sure I will have more to bitch about later, but for now, I would just like to make 6.41 usual for me.

I know you'll get me going again, but damn, at this point, 6.41 ain't cutting it for me.......

P.S. The good news, I've been smoke free for 28+ months (heart attack and minor stroke)

Has the video tutorials, the last one on the list is how to mimic the v4 layout. Is that the one you're looking for?

Can't. If the spam attack continues I might add it again. I don't actually believe the files are incomplete. I think the files are under attack instead. Was going to look into it tonight.
