I keep getting this error message. should I change some settings?

What firewall software do you use?

Just in the past 2 days, I've gotten reports of e-set blocking connections to search and Kaspersky causing Newsbin to stall and become unkillable. Both were confirmed to be the problem. The user removed them, rebooted and everything worked perfectly.
