Problem listing groups

Evening all

Quick question. I'm currently using the latest beta release of Newsbin Pro, 6.41b2 (build: 2102) and I'm having problems listing groups I've got in my favorites.

I can right click on the group, select download all headers yet non of the old posts appear. I've even uploaded some stuff to test out, created an .nzb file and I can download the files fine yet they do not list.

I've also tried just updating the latest headers but nothing is showing and I know there are new posts there. I put them there lol and so have others...

Any help would be great

I'm not clear what you're seeing. Right click a group and select "Show all Posts" and see what shows up.

If you have anything in the global filter, that might be filtering things out too.

If you look down at the status bar, do you see a number in parens next to the "Cache" indicator?

Currently I'm uploading the second part to the group as the 1st one is complete. The first part was showing there a couple of hours ago and now it's not yet if I load up the .nzb it downloads fine. I just can't see the posts when I click on show all posts. I've click on both Download latest and Download all Headers. It does download something and update as I see the progress bar for several seconds but nothing older than a couple of hours shows when I click show all posts/latest posts.

nzb's don't care about spools, they download whether you have the spools or not(one of the appeals of the files).

It sounds like you haven't waited long enough for the downloaded spools to be inserted, but it's hard to say. As Quade asked - if you have a number in parentheses in the cache indicator at the bottom, it's still working. If not, you might have any number of reasons why something might not be displaying. Completely disable filters for one thing(the button that looks like a power on indicator on the upper left of the pane). Also, check your storage age - only posts that far back get saved.
