6.41B1 Unable to Find Download Data

Downloads suddenly keep stopping on 6.41B1 with the error message of [09:04:44] ERROR - Resolver: Unable to find Download data any idea what's happening?

On retry Newsbin looks in the spools to see if there is updated header data. If the files are already complete then this won't matter. If it can't find the data, it'll report this message. Not sure this applies to your problem.

Do you see any other errors when it stalls?

No other error messages, it just completely stalls, but I tried disabling auto par and that seems to stop it happening.

I'd look closely at the download and see if it needs manual intervention. If chunks are missing or in red then it's not ready. Sounds like Newsbin is periodically re-trying the download but, that it's not complete. If the set isn't at least 90% completed on download, Newsbin waits for new data or manual intervention. This math goes away when you disable autopar.

I'm experiencing this issue also with 6.41B1 and the other recent 6.40 releases. Reverting back to 6.34 solves the downloading pausing issue.

This problem appears to have been resolved. I used "post storage > delete stored posts" from the problem group and continued to restart NewsBin after each pause over a 2-day period. Now I can download headers, mark for download and the application completes the download without pausing.

CORRECTION: PROBLEM HAS RETURNED. REVERTING BACK TO 6.34 SOLVES ISSUE.
