Download path problem

NB 6.40RC5 - Download/use headers

When selecting download to new folder(or existing folder), Newsbin doesn't honor the "Download Path:" as set for individual groups or GOGs on the "Groups List" tab. Instead it looks in the place the last downloads were sent to. This probably started with the new pathing options in 6.40b3.
I'm not sure which should have priority, the individual group or it's GOG, so I have them set the same - but individual GOGs are set to different folders or even different drives.

I've tried paths like:

F:\DLs\ or F:\DLs\$(GOG)\
and
G:\Cars\ or G:\Cars\$(GOG)\

I'm not ignoring this. Looking at it. There is an option in the advanced tab that impacts this. Part of the issue is it likely depends on which folder picker you're using.

I much prefer the old folder picker because it gives me the post's subject (editable) as the download folder's name rather than having to type in a long name.

I just tested the old folder picker with advance option "Open to Download Path:" unchecked (normally I have it checked). Old picker still opens in last downloaded area/drive even though the group list path setting is different.

I repeated the above test using the new folder picker and "Open to Download Path:" first checked then unchecked (NB was restarted after each option change - just in case). Same results.

This did work before the new pathing options but I had "Folder Mode:" checked under "Options, Filename Options". This option no longer exists.
Having the "Groups List" tab path setting override the main download folder is not critical - I can live with doing a few extra mouse clicks. I do want to keep the old folder picker with its editable suggested folder name.

PS:
In the .nbi [SETTINGS] section is "OldPicker=" now superfluous?

NewsBin Pro 6.50 beta 13 has reverted to this behavior. Not a big deal - just takes several extra clicks per post to get it to download to the desired folder.

Reverted to beta 12 and had the same behavior. Played with various options and now have beta 13 working the same as beta 12. One comment - If I set and check "Use download path" in the properties of the GOG, it overrides the "Use download path" set for each Group on the GOG. If I uncheck "Use download path" for the GOG, Newsbin does not honor the "Use download path" for individual Groups but reverts to using the last download path.
