Disappearing 'Files List' Tab Info

Up until a couple updates back, I used the 'Files List' tab for Usenet file management -- manually simultaneously deleting stuff I no longer needed from that list and my hard drive. Now, that listing resets itself seemingly at random and while the files remain physically, they disappear from the 'Files List' tab.

I tried searching the forum, but couldn't find anything related...
