filtering on message-id?

An old spammer recently surfaced in several of the groups I follow. All of the posts (under various user names, sizes, filenames, etc.) come from an obscure site that has a distinctive message-id format. Any way (under Pro 6.221 or upgrades) to write a filter to kill this?
