all files just downloading into root

ok I have tried $(NZBPATH)\ and $(NZBFILE)\ on both download and autopar folders and everything is still being dumped in the root folder

how can i set it up so it just makes a folder the same name as the nzb folder like before?

One thing I don't think is clear, is that you need to add the pathway to the main download folder too, and not just have variables listed

i have all 3 set like this:

E:\newsbin\$(NZBPATH)\

Try NZBFILE instead.

NZBPATH tries to take the last segment of the folder the NZB is downloaded to. That's probably not what you want.

1 - Set the download path to :
E:\newsbin\$(NZBFILE)\

2 - Load an NZB into a post list using the load NZB button.

3 - hit the main pause button.

3 - Add some files to the download list. See what path they show. They should show
E:\Newsbin\<NZBFilename>

That's where the files will download. If you want them to unrar into the same folder, disable the unrar path setting.

I'm assuming you're not using NZB Autoload folders.

The thing with the post list and pause was just for testing. I'm not suggesting you use that all of the time.

no i'm just using 1 folder now with no autorar folder

done 2 nzb's without pausing now and working fine
