Recycle bin bypass when deleting files

Postby BobCaTT » Sat Jun 30, 2012 7:37 pm

Hi

I have the following options that way :
Code: Select all
[x] Delete Rars and Pars on successful UnRAR.
[ ] Delete files to recycle bin

If a file or a download set is deleted by Newsbin, the recycle bin is bypassed.
While I understand the above option, nesting option "Delete files ..." shoud only relate to "... On successful UnRAR" only (ideally).

Version 6.33.1882

Thanks

Not sure exactly what you're asking. Newsbin deletes files pretty permanently by default. Rename, over-write, delete is how it does things normally. I think you're saying you think it should always use the recycle bin by default.

Hi Quade

Yes, was thinking something like that. My idea was :
1 - if successful unrar then trash all permanently
2 - otherwise any other delete action would move files to the bin instead (safe behavior).

Cheers
