upshifted downloads don't start first

I found that downloads which I manually shifted to the top of the donloadlist don't start. It seemed that still the old order workes.

What version? Mine change order properly but, I've seen other report of this. I wasn't able to reproduce it. Might want to try with 6.33 if you're running something older.

Thanks for your reply. Yes sorry, I forgot: I use version 6.32 Build 1879 in 64 bit. I will update soon on 6.33, but there is a much heavier bug, I will describe in a new post.
