Postby webrod » Wed May 23, 2012 2:20 pm

HI,

I am looking for movie to download, but how can I quickly see the language?
and if there are subtitles, the language of the sub title?

I'd like to filter with french language, is it possible?

thanks

- During download, you can right click the download and "Sample" to see what you've downloaded so far.

- In the global filters, you can enter "french" in the "Subject Reject" section of the global filters. That'll work if the files are tagged properly in the subject. That's to reject "French" you'd have to add it to "Subject Accept" to only see french but, I'd be careful. There are plenty of files that aren't tagged with languages.

Probably the best way is to sample.

ok thx
that's really a bad news.
I have subscribed for the internet search for nothing then.

All files do not contain FRENCH or even FR in the title unfortunatelly.
I was actually expecting something like this
http://www.binnews.in/index.php

which only provides the links in french, and for each movie you know whetehre it's really in french, or french subtitles.
I assume this is done automatically, by extracting some data from the file to download, I assume it's not done manually by someone.
So I thought it was possible to do it from newsbin as well.

Sample is not a good option because what is the percent of version of a movie in French? there are so many languages, that it shall be low :-(
So I would have to start downloading more than 10 verison of a movie until I find one.
And when it's a serie, it's even worst.

I think I will use http://www.binnews.in/ for the search, and will open the nbz file with newsbin.

thanks again
