Odd behavior of up/down arrow keys on KB

If I am in the Failed Downloads or Download List tabs and I delete something from them, the movement of the line in focus does not behave properly.

For Example, in a list with 10 lines in it and line #5 hilighted for delete. After deleting the item, the new line #5 becomes hilighted as expected. Pressing the up arrow key on the KB does not change the hilighted line to #4. The new Line #5 remains in focus. Pressing the down arrow key results in Line #1 being hilighted.

The arrow keys work as expected in the Files List tab

I've noticed that behavior in the Failed list too. It's a bit annoying... but I have complained about it till now. It's been in alot of versions at least up to 6.31 build 1877 (I haven't installed anything newer so I don't know if it has been fixed.). I'm running on XP 32-bit in case that matters.

Selection in the virtual list controls has always been a bit flaky. It's not clear to me why. I've tried changing some of the options with the list but, it doesn't seem to help.
