Assign a new unRAR path doesn't work

Assign a new unRAR path doesn't work again. It appears as it's OK but doesn't work

The Original path is :
C:\binaries\alt.binaries.dvd.erotica\xxxxxxxxx.part01.rar

I assign a new path to decode as :

F:\DVD\

But It extracts to the first/original path

Win7 32bit Ultimate

AMD Athlon II X3 435
4G RAM

I'm seeing this, too, with RC7. I can assign a new path, but the unRAR ends up in the default folder.
