How to view only posts from specific posters?

Local search lets you search for just specific posters. You can also column sort on the from field and browse them that way.

Problem is, when it's a huge group, and it usually is, doing it that way is slow and tedious; it'd be much easier/simpler if I could just use the filters. Anyway, what I've been doing is: Sort by poster, select all of the poster's posts, make a NZB, and then load the NZB.
