[6.30 RC1]Empty Exclamation mark on the download list

When i attempted to either deleted or resume the download list, sometimes there is red exclamation mark icon appear on the list with empty name and details on it.

It's an indication that the delete took place but, the GUI missed the notification so, it still thinks there are more items than really exist in the list. I don't get it here but, others have reported it. I'm not clear why the delete notification is missed.

I also have no clue why this is happening but if my memory serves right, i haven't ever encountered this back on 6.2 and below.

Started seeing this a lot with the more recent beta releases of 6.3, was not seeing it before then.
