certain providers have a problem in this department like readnews and they need tweaking
timeout= time out in seconds for error recovery
where timeout can be set?

In the newsbin registry, in the "Settings" section you can set
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DJI Interprises\Newsbin50\Settings
"RecieveTimeout"
It defaults to 120 seconds with a minimum, of 60 seconds.
