Only download recent headers?

I have several newsgroups that I don't use that much, but when I do it is for items from the last day or two. These are high-volume newsgroups, so when I open them they sit for several hours downloading headers to get caught up. How can I make these only download the headers from the last few days so I can just jump in and get what I need?

Set the "Download Age" to 2 days. Right click "Post Storage/Delete Stored Posts" or "Post Storage/Use Download Age" depending on what version you're using. Now it'll download the last 2 days worth.
