Translation time...

Since 6.10 is in Release Candidate status, it's time to get the translations updated for new words and phrases that have been added since 6.00.

I've updated the Translation Wiki for 6.10 and there are about 60 new phrases to be translated. They will be listed in the wiki with the word "Translation" instead of the word or phrase in the target language in the right column.

If you have previously helped with translations, your original account is still active. If you have not helped before and are interested, contact me, tell me what language you can help with, and I'll set up an account for you.

We appreciate all the help we can get and give free Internet Search subscriptions to significant contributors.

Hello Dexter,

There is a problem whit the dutch x64 translation when Newsbin is installing. Some words are visible as "translation". (Assign a unrar password and one under options > Remote control)

If i download the translation installer (x64) from http://translate.newsbin.com/index.php/ ... anslations the translation is 100%. I noticed this after installing RC3 and RC4.

The language pack from the translation wiki is always the latest and greatest. I haven't copied those .dll's over to the server that serves the installer in a week. I just did it, should be current now.

Dutch translation 6.20 is up to date again...

Dutch translaters? The use of capitals is a bit overdone. The Dutch language doesn't use that many capitals.
Maybe it's an idea to discuss a little bit more

After two and a half hour working on the Dutch translation, I can finally say: 'The Dutch translation is 100% again Dexter!'.

If possible, please rebuild

For other volunteers: Please! Do not make any changes in the translation.

We've been working on the Dutch-translation since 2007 (or was it early 2008?) and put a lot of hours in it.

There is a problem whit the 64 bit language installer. If i install the dutch languagepack, the confirmation windows is still in English.
If i install the newsbin installer and select dutch everything is translate. Maybe Dexter can look into it?

Not sure what you are referring to. The translation pack is really just for the translators to use when testing the latest changes. The production installer installs the latest approved translations. I tested the language pack and the Dutch language does get installed. What confirmation window are you referring too?

Becourse Edward made some changes in the translation i downloaded NBLang6.20.64 from http://translate.newsbin.com/index.php/Main_Page

The result was:

So now here it is the right way, but people who uses the translation pack have the wrong translation. It is not really a big deal, but becourse Edward had allot of work on the translation i thought i let you guys know.

A rebuild of the language pack on the translation site cleared this up. Perhaps the latest changes made the difference. I see that the translation on these is different now.
