Might want to delete "Downloaded.db3" and let newsbin re-create the file.

win7 did search, can't find it

Not sure why you cannot find it! It is located in the Newsbin DATA folder.

In the options, select "Open Data Folder". Then exit Newsbin.

Because Windows hides the extension by default, you might only see "Downloaded" in the folder. That's what you want to delete.
