6.20 RC1: ID3 filename not working

I've had ID3-based file naming on for many versions now (including 6.11), and in 6.20 RC1, it is just putting all downloads in a folder named after the group. I have "Album" selected as the method, but even though the files have the Album ID3 tag specified (Windows Explorer shows it to me), Newsbin doesn't create the folder and move the file there.

Did you verify that the options was still set and that the file actually has ID3 tags in it? If anything, RC1 should be parsing them better than ever. I tested ID3 and it worked but, I didn't try every mode.

Hmm I do have an idea though. The ones I tested all had PAR files... I'll check it out.
