Version 6.20 Beta 4 Available...

We think we are getting close to Release Candidate status. This might be the last beta for 6.20, no other changes are planned for this cycle.

Summary:

• New logic for the bandwidth limiter. Seemed to work for some people and not others. Hopefully will now work for everyone. Reads about 10% high currently.
• Fixed issue with the database compaction utility
• Implemented new and more reliable ID3 parser
• Hitting Enter now sends wish list items to the download list
• Can now use arrow keys to expand entries in the Download list and Wish list, just like you can in the Post lists.

Hide or Auto hide doesn't seem to work for the search window, Even tried a full GUI reset.

I wonder if that is deliberate because of the fact that if the Search tab is not visible then Post tabs do not seem to open correctly since their position is tied to that of the Search tab.

It's not clear to me if you mean local search or internet search? The way "old" is stored is different for each mode.

I get it now, Itimpi and Dex put me on the right path. Yeah, you can't hide or autohide the search tab. It's needed by the post lists.

You can't, it needs to be open. In the past, when you hid it, things would typically start misbehaving.

Back in the 5.x series you could close it. Version 6 has a new docking style user interface and the post lists need to dock to something so we decided to make it the Search tab.

I can no longer expand a download list by double clicking it. It works fine if i use the left/right arrow keys, but I usually dbl click it. Is this by accident?

I'm not seeing code that would intentionally do that. Suggests to me that if it worked before, it was an accident.

I'll look at some older versions of the code and see if anything is missing.

The 'Downoaded' column in the servers tab is broken again, it does not seem to change, nor in the servers options.

Also in the Wish List can we have the up/down icons that are on the Download List? I know we can right click, but for consistency and ease of use they would be quicker

Issue with unrar a pw protected file set - fails. Cannot set password. Assign unrar password is not funtional Otherwise looking awesome as usual. Keep up the great work.
