How to disable duplicate detector?

When i wanted to retry downloading corrupted downloads, the newsbin 6.1 seems to override my bypass list and retry download to my highlighted items, i have disabled Use duplicated detector on Advanced settings, how to disable completely the detector?

You might need to delete the corrupt files first in the download folder. If Newsbin has a par, it checks the files on disk and won't re-download if they're already there.
