is ther a way to go back to indvidual files being shown in the download list?

No. but, you can add them as individual files though. Say, expand the set in the post list and add them instead of adding the entire set.

The reason I asked is because I download from 3 different servers

I always liked to know what server is doing the downloading...each had its own color displayed
