Total lockup on search 6.01B3 1179

Search on anything, choose a group to search in, locks up almost every time, 1 of 12 so far.

Edit: I might know what's happening. There's an issue where tabing out of the search drop down can cause a lockup. See if you hit tab there. I have a new version of the GUI library. I hope it fixes this.

..and yes, tabbing out hung several times too. Alt-tab to another app and back did the same.

I don't know about alt-tab. Tabbing from Control bar to control bar in the tab will do it. The new version didn't fix this so, I'm asking the authors about it.

Still a problem. Something simple as tabbing out of a control shouldn't hang the UI. Did you ever hear back from the authors of the control?

They blew me off. I'll have to think about it.

Don't spend too much time. A hang is aggravating, especially if you've got allot of things going on. But, I've learned to tip toe around this one. At least it's very predictable and avoidable

I've run the debugger down to where it's happening and it's not obvious. It gets stuck in a message loop and never gets out.
