Yeah, people were complaining about that. I sort of agreed with them. If there's a consensus, I might make it an option. Does this really matter?

I honestly don't feel particularly strongly about, but, one thing I do like about the current approach is you can safely read a description of a post, and if that file happens to be part of a parset, you can safely add the whole mess later without bypassing the dupe filter and not causing a pointless par repair.

Still, as long as it's an option...
