Display Group Mode - Not working

With the newly released Newsbin Version 6 the Display Group Mode setting of "Display only unread/undownloaded Files" is not working. Downloaded files, identified with the green Downloaded Icon, showing status of Downloaded, and displayed with a white background, are still displayed.

Is this setting broken? Or is there some other setting which is affecting/overriding this particular setting?

The second drop down in on the post list lets you change the display mode too. With shortcuts you can toggle the modes.

Ctrl-H and Ctrl-j by default.

It's possible the options setting were never hooked up. A still-born idea.

Depressing Ctrl-H or Ctrl-J does not hide posts displayed with status of "Downloaded".

Note: The Newsbin Wiki ( I couldn't figure out how to make "Newsbin Wiki" a link using the above "url" function, so http://help.newsbin.com/index.php/V600-Shortcuts) describes the Keyboard Shortcut, Ctrl-H, as "This will open a temp.nzb post list tab from up to 5 selected posts. Search results can also be expanded individually by clicking the arrow icon on the left." It doesn't appear to contain an entry for the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-J.

Adding to the list of problems associated with Newsbin's failure to hide previously downloaded and posts.

Right clicking on an idle/new post in the posts windows, and selecting "Download all posts from poster" adds all posts from poster including posts already marked in the posts window as Downloaded. As insult to injury, it appears that Newsbin 6 then downloads those posts marked as Downloads again, before discovering that they are duplicates to previously downloaded files, and deletes them... What a waste of "bandwidth."

With the imposition of download caps by a growing number of Internet Service providers, this problem pretty much renders Newsbin 6 unusable.
