Download paused after closing down Newsbin

I find that if I exit Newsbin during a download and then restart later the download is paused, is this a deliberate thing with Newsbin 6? I am using RC3.

Not happening here. All of the files or just the par files?

All of the files. As far as I can see with the exception of the par2 file all of the other par files are paused during the download and only download if they are required.

You are absolutely right, although after restarting Newsbin the files show as paused they quickly change to downloaded, downloading or idle.
Sorry to have raised an issue where none existed.
