Newsbin 'Bex' error

Newsbin 6.0 [beta 13]
DEP is off. Have had this error several times on win 7 [32 bit] while downloading. (any set of files)
Below is the windows log with some info in it.
Problem with newsbin or not?

Does it happen with every file or just some files?

It only happens on some files,not all.

Is there anything special about the files it does this on? Rar's or image files or something?

Which log is this in, the application log?
