failed list doesn't clearly indicate the source of failure

When I look at the new failed list everything just has a red ! next to it
there's no indication in the list as to what the error was
please put in a column that indicates the reason for the error

Yeah on the list. I have to decide where to store this information. Right now, duplicate file matches are the primary reason, secondary is file rename errors. if you have autorename turned off. Filename filters are the third reason. Last is probably, trying to download something like a text only post. They get tossed into the failed list too.


Regular downloads never get sent to the failed list.
