Windows turning off Network Card

I am running windows 7, 64 bit, and everytime i select several things to download, i come back in the morning and most of them are "paused". My machine is going to sleep and I cannot figure out how to stop it from doing that. Seems like a silly question but i am stumped.

check the power settings fromthe control panel

Found it, duh, thanks. Set to "Never" now.
