Error reporting B7

Looking in the log, its almost empty compared to B6 - Great improvement

The main reports now are Size errors.

However there is one error which may just be a fact of life

[20:09:00] ERROR - Assemble RAR Error: Not a RAR archive:

This applies to files in the 001,002,003,004 format with a par2

The silly thing is it has been decoded

Sometimes .001,002 files ARE rar files. Rare but, it happens. Newsbin checks before assembly.
