Progress bar is red, but file icon is downloading

I have a couple of .nfo files that are still in the download list, but the progress bar is red and the icon is the green circle with a down arrow inside. I checked the properties of the files and they report "All Posts Available" This has happened on other files, but I did not care about them so I just delete them from the download list. I was going to do the same with these, as .nfo files mean next nothing to me. But I would like to know what is going on and why the files do not get downloaded even if I say resume download or add to download list by passing filters.

does the logging tab show anything?

The logging does go back far enough to see any thing for these files. I can wait and see if it happens to another file while I'm looking and see what the log says then.

I stopped and restarted newsbin and the two file started to download again. The progress bar for both turned green with the top half dark green and bottom half light green. Then turned red. The only thing I could find in the log was the following. I take it that his means the files are not on the server. If that is so then OK. But why do they still have the icon for downloading next to them?
