Child doesn't start downloading

I have some issue the child member inside a tree doesn't start download, i right click on top head of a tree then the child icon still stuck at paused , the same it goes if i choose to pausing at the top of the tree head, the child doesn't go paused, so i need to expand all of the 2000 trees by hand and click start/pause :/.

If you disable autopar, they won't be paused. Newsbin tries to download the par first before it unpauses the rest of the files.

Yes i am disabling autopar, i understand regarding the *.par file, but in my case the par already being done downloaded, the rest of rar and *.par2 files still experience those strange behavior.
