Unable to expand compacted fileset

I like having the Size column on the far left in my post list, but I find that unless the Subject column is left-most, the "expand" arrow doesn't work in the post list.

I can imagine why too. Have to think about whether it's fixable or not.

I believe Ctrl-Q will expand and contract them too.

Indeed, CTRL+Q will expanded the compacted post list even when the Subject column isn't left-most. Good enough work-around if clicking the arrow icon isn't fixable. Alternatively, could the arrow icon be either hidden if Subject isn't left-most, or possibly in a column by itself?
