Download Failed: Failure count exceeds limits

What version are you using?
When the servers send Newsbin a "430" error meaning "I don't have the part you're asking for" Newsbin counts each failure. When the failure count hits something like 10-15% of the set. Newsbin will abort the download.
With PAR files, you can only repair about 10% of the missing parts of the files.
Are these new or older sets?
