Search the results previously retrieved?

Postby yummymovie » Mon Jan 07, 2019 11:24 pm

Hi,

I have Newsbin Pro 6.8.1.

I find myself searching for something, then searching for something else and realizing that I want to look at my first search results again.

Right now, I just search again on the same keyword(s) (for the first search) but this action will obviously use up another search out of my monthly quota.

If I perform a search and get back results, then close Newsbin and come back later, is there a way to search the results I already got rather than use up another search?

One thing you could do it set up a search based "Watch List" which Newsbin will use to periodically search and store the results in a pseudo group you can then load any time like a news group. Just be careful if you search isn't unlimited. Watch lists can burn through searches. In the options, you can slow down how often it checks.
