How do you create a nzb file? What program is used to make one?

Newsbin can make them. Right click the post you're looking at and use the "Create NZB From Posts" menu item.
Other than that, you can make them if you post content. Some posting software will self-generate NZB's.

OK thanks I have grabit I just thought if I had files I want to make an NZB to post. Like rip a dvd then make a NZB
