What password is needed to buy search time? I tried my forum password but it doesn't work.

You should be able to go to the search control panel direct from the help menu. I don't believe you need a password to access it directly.

The password for search should have been sent with the key. It's not the same as the forum password.

I bought a years worth of search last year. I should have at least a couple of months left. For some reason I no longer have access to search. What's the problem? Is search down or having issues?

Send an email using the form on the main website and I can look into it.

If you send the key you're using, just the numbers, I can look you up and check. You might just want to re-submit the key in the help menu and restart Newsbin to see if anything changes.
