Number of computers per license

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I have newsbin on 3 computers right now but I just bought a new laptop and won't be using my old one anymore.
Can I uninstall it from the old one and put it on the new one and still be within your terms of service?

Sure. Up to 3. Uninstalling on the old machine should decrement your use count.
