Maybe instead of having

just place a timestamp with the 0, 1, or 2, separated by a delimiter.
this way , any time can be entered, with default just being on.
Obviously there would have to be a limit as to how many timestamps can be entered for a day via gui.
Something like
1: 1:0310 ; 0:0320 ; 2:0700 ; 0:0900
Would be pause at 03:10, back on at 03:20, slow at 07:00 and off again at 09:00.
