Problems with special and national characters

Newsbin 6.91 RC3 build 5855 appears to have issues with files whose headers contain special or national alphabet characters.
The files are either not downloaded (with no error messages in the log) or are incomplete/corrupted.

How are you feeding them in? NZB files?

List of header ("Show post special"): in the list files have normal names, but downloaded files have strange characters in the filename... Some are downloaded, others not.
Take a look to <Something> in a.b.sounds.lossless.rock.
...and "Lockout Poster" doesn't work.

If you see "Post filtered" in the "status column" after a poster lockout, it means the filters are currently disabled it's the 6th button from the left.

I just locked someone out and it hid them then I disabled filters and they showed back up again. My version is one newer than yours though.

I'll give the files a try.

The filters were excluded. I apoligize...

"Delete all posts by poster" is a more performant way to kill posters.

The more posters you add to lockout, the slower Newsbin will display posts.

I downloaded the files you mentioned with no issue. I assume I already fixed it. I'll try to get a new one up for you.
